Arusha National Park is a picturesque and compact park situated in northeastern Tanzania, close to the city of Arusha. It offers stunning views of Mount Kilimanjaro and boasts remarkable biodiversity, featuring a variety of animal and plant species. The park’s diverse landscapes include lakes, waterfalls, swamps, volcanoes, mountains, and tropical rainforests, creating an ideal habitat for wildlife. The swamps, rainforests, and lakes attract numerous bird species, such as silvery-cheeked hornbills and thousands of pink-hued flamingos. Notably, it is the only place in northern Tanzania where the black-and-white colobus monkey can be easily spotted.
